Repair Policy

Before submitting the Computer, Desktop, Laptop for repair, Please read the repair policy carefully.

  1. All the repairing will be done on owners’ responsibility. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use of parts or loss of use of, data or in connection with.
  2. Service Seeker (customer) agree that will be responsibile to pay billied amount for engineer for service offered.
  3. The customer has to make the payment at the time of delivery. The delivery executive has right to refuse the payment if it is not made in full.
  4. The Customer has to produce the original pick up report at the time of delivery. We, the service providers, reserve the ‘Right to Refuse Delivery’ upon non-production of the pick up receipt.
  5. We, service provider do not alter or remove any part of the device without customer notification/approval , however hereby we advice to service seeker (customer) to note down the device serial number wherever it is applicable. No question will be entertainment under this matter and if any dispute arise then decision will be held/considered final and service seeker will be agreed to it.
  6. Customer will be notified about desktop/laptop pick up status via email. Also, customer will receive pick up receipt via email.
  7. During estimate the parts are suspected, in case during repair if we find some other problems will be treated as a new problem, we will intimate the same then processed.
  8. The estimated cost given at the time of acceptance of the product for repairs is provisional and may vary at the time of detailed inspection. Should the final expected charges be more than the initial estimate, the work will start only post approval of estimate from customer.
  9. Final repairing estimate/cost will be shared with customer and it is customer's resposiblity to confirm the same via SMS/Email.
  10. If the final estimate is not approved by the customer within 2 days, the product will be returned after the pick-up and drop charges are paid. We are not responsible for the products, whose approval is delayed by more than 15 days.
  11. We, the service provider, put all our efforts to inform the customer about product warranty and its expected life. however, do not take responsility if it doesn't meet with the standard. Product's life and usage may vary and depends on the manufacturers.
  12. Physical verification of the material is only possible when it reaches to our workshop. it's customer's responsibility to disclose/inform all the physical damages, problem with the engineer at the time of picking the laptop. No question will be entertairned if new problem dignosed or later informed by the customer.
  13. We will put all our efforts to repair your device however in any circumstances if your device is not repairable or we are unable to repair then same will be returned and applicable diagnosis changes will be liable to pay. No disput will be entertained.
  14. All Software's and data in a desktop/laptop are of client responsibility, Customer should be backup all the data before giving for repair. Neither, nor service partner are responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary or personal information contained in the product which you submitted for repair. You should remove all such information from the product prior to its return/submitting.
  15. We, the service providers, shall not be obliged to undertaking the repairs of the product under warranty.
  16. It a customers responsibility to seek for product warranty from manufacturer whenever it is applicable.
  17. The charges mentioned on the site are for services only and doesn’t include cost for replacements/parts or spare parts/warranties/guarantees/consumables, hence will not entertain any disputes arising in this matter.
  18. Service Seeker (customer) agree that works as consultancy to provide services related to computer hardware.
  19. In case Service Seeker (customer) have a dispute with one or more other service providers, you hereby release the company/, its directors, officers, employees, agents and consultants from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature. Website or company would have no liability for any loss or damage incurring to you due to any communications or dealings with any of the service seekers, service providers, or other users on the website.
  20. Service Seeker (customer) agree allowing to share contact details with their registered service vendor to serve my/our need.
  21. Service Seeker (customer) agree that information filled in form will be used for future marketing purpose by and Service Seeker (customer) allowing them to do that.
  22. Service Seeker (customer) agree that any misbehavior/abusive wording with engineer at service location will be attracting legal charges.
  23. Service Seeker (customer) agree that information collected on website would be used to serve Service Seeker (customer) back in future on priority and understood that reserves rights to change/cancel Service Seeker (customer) registration at any moment.
  24. Service Seeker (customer) agree that information filled herewith is correct and up to date as per my understanding.
  25. Service Seeker (customer) agree that reserve right to modify terms and condition without any notification to users.
  26. The customer will receive the pick up receipt/service report when the product is handed-over to the engineer for repairs, and the contents are to be verified by the Customer.
  27. The charges for labor as well as spares shall be as per the applicable price lists, which can change anytime without any prior intimation.
  28. We, the service provider, will make all efforts to repair the products within 5 working days.
  29. We, the service provider, are not liable for any delays, non-performance, back-up of data or non-delivery within 5 days due to unavailability of spares, complexity of the problem, natural calamity, etc.
  30. All repairs are under warranty for a minimum of 07-15 days. This means if the device develops the same problem for which it has been repaired then we will repair the device again, FOC (Free Of Cost). This will be offered as single attempt. The warranty is from the date of Delivery or Invoice, whichever is later.
  31. This warranty applies only to those items which were found defective and repaired, it does not apply to products in which no defect was found and returned as is or merely recalibrated. Out of warranty products may not be capable of being returned to the exact original specifications or dimensions.
  32. Computer hardware warranty will be applicable for 07-15 days. Warranty, however does not include Physical damage, Liquid damage, Tampering (Depends on manufacture and product type).
  33. Replacement Policy: No advance replacement will be issued unless the faulty is returned.
  34. Some of the defective parts replaced while undertaking the repairs will not be returned to the Customer.
  35. The customer shall take delivery of the product within 15 Days of intimation from us. In the event of delivery not taken by the customer, we reserve the right to Auction the product to recover the Repair/replacement/Storage charges
  36. The customer is solely responsible for any data on the device. We do not take any backup at our end. The customer should backup the data before giving the device for repairs.
  37. If, for some reason, the executive has come and returned on the appointed time, then the customer can schedule a new appointment for drop. However additional drop charges of Rs 100 will be applicable per re-schedule.
  38. In case there is damaged or fault happened from Partner then in order compensate the loss, will payoff upto Rs. 5000* as a compensation and Damaged/fault will be reviewed and based on the loss/damaged compensation will be paid. If dispute arise then decision will be held/considered as final and service seeker will be agreed to it.
  39. Extended warranty period (90 days), In some cases, where repaired device requires additional time for testing at customer end, for those repaired device warranty assistance is valid for calender 90 days. Extended warranty period FOC (Free Of Cost) will be communicated with customer at the time of delivery and conditions wil be applicable as per the device repaired type.
  40. Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information: is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal details with certain third parties, as set out below:

    Service Providers: We will share your Personal details with computer repairing service providers as necessary for them to provide their repairing services to you.

    Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: Secure2pc.Com, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function and under the same standards and protections as in this repair policy.

    Legal Requirements: may disclose your Personal details if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
